Don't you love a parade?

Every year Beersheba Springs has the most wonderful parade.  It's always the same, but always different.  Here my husband, my son-in-law and the grand kids are going across the street to get a better view.  The parade goes right in front of our house.  Can you beat that?

The folks across the street at the "White House", the Adams family.

Waiting for the parade to begin.

Our sweet grand marshal, Dawn Whitman and her mom Sharon.

Fire trucks.

Lots,

and lots,

of fire trucks.

The local rescue squad.

Our Sheriff's department with a message for those who make Meth.

A message for those who allow under age kids to drink.

More sheriff's department vehicles

and more still.

Another fire truck

We are proud of our big equipment,

and even more fire trucks

Everyone likes to be in the parade.

Pretty ladies of all ages.

A float for our deer hunters.

A church float, "We are proud to be an American child of God."

Anyone can be in our parade

From wagons

To mustangs

To old cars

To even older cars

To political party representations.

My daughter Angie getting a shot of Chelsie in candy mode.

Another old car

Our John Deer Tractors and pickup trucks.

And now for the four wheelers.

More,

and more,

and more,

and more,

and more,

and more

and more

Four wheelers.  ( I need to get me one of those. LOL)

And last but not least, horses.

They are just beautiful.

Don't you think?

And the girls are cute too.

Well, the parade is over and Chelsie doesn't look too happy.  (No more candy.)
Just look at that pitiful bag of candy.

Heading back to the house for lunch.

I just have to show you one of my sweetest shoppers of the day.

Isn't she absolutely adorable?  I'm sure she is Daddy's Sweetie Pie.  And would you just look at those pink cowgirl boots.

She is a doll.

and very proud of her face art.

A few more shoppers, some of the rest of her family.

We had a great day!  A wonderful parade.  A terrific cook out for lunch.  And a steady stream of shoppers all day.  Who could ask for anything more?

What a wonderful and blessed country we live in!!!

Life is good!  God is so good!!
God, please bless America.

See you soon,

Tommye
