Sweet, Sweet Spring!

More new wreaths and arrangements.

Here is a sweet wreath made with white dogwood and a handmade pillow by my mom.  She makes her pillows entirely by hand.  Mom can never be still for long.  She always wants to be doing something.  She first started making these a few years ago when dad was in the hospital.  Now she does them at night when she's resting or during bad weather.

Peach poppies and blue lilacs in a grey planter resting on a precious green child's chair.

Pink tulips and blue larkspur with white lily of the valley.
Blue  pansies in white milk glass.

A sweet small wreath with forsythia and a birds nest.

Pink and white tulips in a basket.
One of two chocolate bunnies that I "HAD".  There is now only one.  It's twin met it's accidental death at the hands of my husband.

Oh well, it is what it is.
Husbands, what would we do without them?
I know my life would surely be dull!

Well, I've got to get back outside.  This is our last day in the 70's for a while.
See you soon,
Tommye

  2. What a truly lovely blog you have. I just found you today through Faded Charm, but I will certainly be back. I will keep Marilyn in my prayers...I know that love is so strong and the loss so great. Continued improvement to the little Princess.
